Q: Why does it take 2 weeks before my item is shipped?
A: Each of our items are made to order, it does take time to put them together. That being said sometimes it will be much shorter wait time before your order does get shipped out.
Q: I need my order to be shipped sooner than the 2 weeks is that possible?
A: Send us an email before placing your order and we will be happy to try and work this out.
Q: There is a design I like but would it to be on a different garment, is this possible to get?
A: Yes! I try to make sure they are on all styles available but may have missed some. Just send me an email and I will create the listing to make it possible for you to purchase!
Q: Can I get a different colour shirt besides the 3 colours listed?
A: Most likely yes, send us an email!
Q: I want to do a bulk order. Do you have a bulk order discount?
A: Yes! Please send me an email before you place your order. info@creativedragonflyco.com
Q: I placed an order and forgot to choose the colour I wanted for the design and noticed after I got the confirmation email, what can I do?
A: Send us an email with your colour choice for each item that was missing your colour choice. We will respond back to confirm receipt.
Q: I placed an order and forgot to choose the colour I wanted for the design and didn't notice what will happen?
A: We will reach out by email to confirm the colour however if you do not respond to the email within 24 hours it will auto default to Black or White depending on the colour of the item. ie: Black Hoodie design colour will be white.
Q: How do we order a "Create your own"?
A:Step 1. Select your style ie: Hoodie, Tank, T-Shirt
Step 2. Select your size
Step 3. Select colour of garment
Step 4. Choose your Location (Front or Back of garment)
Step 5. Select a font from the photos and choose the number
Step 6. In the “your custom text” box enter what you would like your garment to say
**make sure your text is NOT copyright or trademarked or your order will be cancelled.**
Step 7. If you are done move down to Design Colour. If you want to add to the opposite side of your garment repeat step 4-6 in the #2 options
Step 8. Choose design colour(s)
Step 9. Fill out colour layout if you want more then one colour put in a description of what colour you want for each part.
Step 10. Choose if you want to be surprised when you receive your purchase or if you would like a mock up of your design.
Step 11. Add to cart!
