General Shipping

Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be processed. Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

International Orders

Although we do our best to ship all orders properly, once they leave Canada, we have no control over any additional cost. Please be aware that customs and import taxes may apply.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Creative Dragonfly Company is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Creative Dragonfly Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items

 

Returns or Exchanges

As items at Creative Dragonfly Company are usually personalized/custom products there is no return or exchange on any item(s).

Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a defect, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days no replacements will be given.

Monogram fonts and vinyl colors can vary, and we are not able to return or redo any item for mistakes with your monogram order or if you are not happy with the way that a letter or color looks. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings.

ALL decals are measured per inch by the longest side. For example, an arrow would be width and an anchor would be height.

Creative Dragonfly Company is NOT responsible if you are not happy with the font, size (of clothing or decals), or color you chose. Personalized items are final sale.
